Returns Policy:
We do our best to despatch your playing cards to you in perfect condition. All our products are checked prior to sending them out. However occasionally goods can be damaged in transit and we are keen to rectify any problem as quickly as possible.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase and the item is unused and in its original packaging (the packaging is intact and there are no marks on the item/s) you may return it to OnlyPlayingCArds.com at your own expense within 7 days of receiving your item/s. Please return item/s to the postal address that is on the back of every package we send out. We will offer to reimburse the price that you have paid for the item/s to your Paypal account. The cost of your initial delivery charge will not be incurred on a refund.
All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We will endeavour to resolve any complaints within 14 days and keep you informed during the resolution process. Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
Payment:
Payments for your Playing Cards can currently only be made by PayPal.
Currency on OnlyPlayingCards.com is in GBP.
